We are looking for an experienced Care Teammate to join our team and help continue this mission of providing care to those living with Dementia.

Our comprehensive Integrated Care Model creates an environment of anticipatory care resulting in decrease of negative responses from residents as well as establishing a calm living environment for those residing with us.  Ou goal is to provide the highest quality of care possible, while maintaining a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

The ideal candidate for this position will be compassionate and knowledgeable about how to best support individuals living with Dementia. If you have a desire to learn more about dementia or have worked with people living with it in the past, then this would be a great fit for you. 

The ideal candidate should have either an HCA or CNA license, although onsite training is available if needed. In addition, all applicants must be certified in CPR, Foodhandlers, and first aid as well as have a passed background check. It is also essential that any candidates be able to work legally in the United States.
